We are unable to offer any information regarding tenting or touring you would need to contact the park owners.

Passes are charged by the park at extra cost to yourselves, passes are optional and only need to be purchased if you wish to use the entertainment complex and the swimming pool.

A non refundable deposit of £75.00 would be required within 5 working days once you receive your booking confirmation by e-mail. The remaining balance is then due within 6 weeks before the start of your holiday (unless we agree otherwise) If you should need to cancel your booking, I will try to refund you any monies paid less the deposit, only if I am able to re-sell the holiday. 

Deposits can be made by: Cheque  -  Bank transfer  -  Postal order  -  Cash

Pay-Pal (subject to a 3.4% fee to cover costs) 

Sorry the caravan cannot be let to any person under the age of 21 or to groups of the same sex. The caravan is for family use; however responsible couples aged 21 and over are welcome. 

The caravan is double glazed and has full domestic central heating controlled by pressing a timer switch. For each press, the heating will last upto 2 hours. The switch can be pressed at anytime and as many times required. (As there is full central heating, the gas fire in the lounge is non functional.)

No smoking in the caravan, if you or any members of your party are smokers please smoke outside; if you or any other member of your party do smoke in the caravan you risk being asked to leave with no refund that includes the bond. Cigarette butts must be placed in the cigarette bin provided and not thrown on the grass.

The caravan has yearly gas and 3 yearly electric checks which are carried out by the park owner. (Bourne Leisure LTD)
