Caravan Details

The caravan has 1 double bedroom & 2 single rooms with 2 single beds in each - sleeps 6 guests in total.

I cannot accept any pets, smoking is also totally prohibited inside the caravan. Smokers are kindly asked to smoke outside at all times.

The price of the holiday will not include the ‘Funworks’ Entertainment passes. An application form for club membership and swimming pool(s) is available upon request. Please check with the park for whats on and when.

A non refundable deposit must be paid within 5 working days to reserve the dates for you - No holding of any dates without a deposit been paid.

The full outstanding amount for the caravan hire will be due 6 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday start date.

The caravan will be available for you to take up occupation from 2:30pm on the day of arrival.

All guests must vacate the caravan by 10am on the day of departure.

Sorry I am unable to offer my caravan to single sex groups, hen or stag parties. The party leader must be aged 21 years or older.

Mattress and pillow protectors are used on all beds.

The caravan has double glazed windows and doors, and is fully central heated by using a user timer switch, for each press the heating will last upto 2 hours and can be pressed at anytime and as often as required, as there is full central heating the gas fire in the lounge is non-functional.

The caravan has a range of kitchen inventory, Microwave – kettle – toaster – gas cooker / Dinner ware / Pots & pans / Cutlery / knifes Etc

The caravan has a TV, DVD Player & Freesat Box.

Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are used throughout the caravan.

The caravan has yearly gas safe, pat tests and 3 yearly electric safety tests.

A dry powder fire extinguisher and a fire blanket are supplied in the caravan.
